2. ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING (EPIC)

• One-stop service for new projects, modifications, or system replacements. We manage all stages to ensure precise results.

• Service Coverage:

  • Basic & Detail Engineering: System design, technical calculations, material selection.

  • Procurement: Procurement of all core equipment and materials (such as RO units, cooling towers, tanks) and their supporting components with guaranteed quality.

  • Installation & Construction: System installation by experienced and certified technical personnel, in accordance with occupational safety (K3) and engineering quality standards.

  • Commissioning & Start-Up: Initial operation, instrumentation calibration, testing, and handover of a system that is ready for optimal operation.

3. CHEMICAL CLEANING & FLUSHING PROGRAM

• Chemical and mechanical cleaning services to remove deposits that reduce efficiency and damage equipment.

• Service Coverage:

  • Cooling System Cleaning: Cleaning of scale, rust, and algae/slime in cooling towers, condensers, chillers, and cooling water network pipes.

  • Boiler Chemical Cleaning: Cleaning of hard scale and deposits on the inside of boilers (pre-commissioning cleaning & operational cleaning) to prevent overheating and tube failure.

  • RO Membrane Cleaning & Flushing: Restoration of the performance of Reverse Osmosis membranes that have experienced fouling or scaling to increase the rejection rate and service life.

  • Pre-Commissioning Cleaning: Cleaning of new piping systems prior to operation to remove dirt, grease, and metal debris (mill scale).

4. CUSTOMIZED WATER & WASTEWATER TREATMENT PROGRAM

  • Cooling Water Treatment Program: A program to control scaling, corrosion, and microbiology in open and closed cooling water systems.

  • Boiler Water Treatment Program: A program to maintain the quality of boiler feedwater and boiler water to prevent scaling, corrosion, and carryover.

  • Waste Water Treatment Program: Consultation and application of chemicals to treat industrial wastewater to meet applicable waste quality standards (pH adjustment, coagulation, flocculation, etc.).

  • Automated Dosing System Design & Installation: Design and installation of an automated chemical injection system integrated with a controller for dosing accuracy and efficiency.

5. OPERATION & MAINTENANCE (O&M) SUPPORT

• Description: Operational and maintenance support to ensure your system runs smoothly at all times.

  • Contract Maintenance: Periodic maintenance based on contract (daily, weekly, monthly) covering parameter checks, chemical dosing, and report generation.
